Kings Bay Y
Scholar Financial Group Founder and Wealth Management Advisor Eugene Shkolnikov is a board member of the Kings Bay Y Community Center where he actively supports various charitable initiatives. In 2011, he helped develop the Kings Bay Y Leadership Program. Shortly after in 2013 he supported the development of the Kings Bay Y Library which is now named in his honor.
Russian American Officers Association
Founded in 2003 by officers within the New York City Police Department, the Russian American Officers Association (RAOA) is a fraternal organization that unites and supports Russian American law enforcement professionals. In 2009, Eugene became a sponsor and made a significant impact by helping to grow the organization and broadening its resources and influence. Eugene and our team are honored to support these dedicated officers who make invaluable contributions to our community.
